Angina in itself is never a conclusively evident alarm about future possible heart attack, but it can always serve as a persuasively evident indicative tool.

Angina is further divided into:
Stable Angina
Unstable Angina

Unstable Angina (unlike Stable Angina) is unpredictable and occurs due to deficiency of blood and oxygen supply to the heart, through the coronary vessels. It may serve as indication towards future possible heart attack.
Unstable Angina is most commonly caused by CHD (a disease wherein coronary vessels are narrowed) due to Atherosclerosis.
